RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card details (holder's full name, type, number, expiry date and three number security code above your signature) are required to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
Only written cancellation will be accepted (e-mail, fax).
Thank you to advise us of any change in your reservation as soon as possible.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Reception office works from Monday till Friday between 10am and 6pm, advise us for your approximate time of arrival.
Check in Time: 2:00 PM
Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early arrivals or late departures on request.
Departures after 3:00 p.m. are charged 50 % of the confirmed room rate.
Extra beds are on request at an extra charge of 20 zl per night.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Home & Travel.
Outside parking is free.
Room rates includes VAT, tourist fee and taxes.

The management of Home & Travel Apartments will be very grateful for co-operation in order to comply with the regulations beneath, which were meant for secure all our guests safe and comfortable stay.
Regulations
Article 1
1.Apartments are booked for hotel nights.
2. The hotel night begins on the arrival day at 2 p.m., and finishes at 11 a.m. the next day.
3.Guests who wish to stay in apartments are obliged to check-in.
4.A guest staying in apartments with a dog or a cat is obliged to inform the receptionist about the fact during the check-in. 5.Bookings, without financial confirmation (credit card details, deposit or pre-paid transfer), will be valid up to 5 p.m. on the planned day of arrival.
Article 2
1.The fact that a guest wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the check-in, should be reported to the reception two days before planned day of deparure
2.Home & Travel will provide accommodation to a guest who wishes to extend his/her stay within bounds of apartments availability.
Article 3
1.The Home & Travel provides services according to its category and standard. In case of any claims against the quality of our services, a guest is requested to report them to the reception as soon as possible. This will allow our staff to react immediately.
2.The Home & Travel is obligade to provide the following:
-Conditions enabling guests to rest comfortably and safely during their stay. -Security as well as to keep secret the guest's personal data.
- Professional and kind service.
- Apartment cleaning (between Monday and Friday except holidays).
-Repair of broken devices during the guest's absence from apartment, or during the guest's presence, only on request. Other apartment in case of technical fault, which makes further stay impossible within bounds of apartments availability.
Article 4
1.The payment for every stay in the apartments is charged in advance or according to separate agreement. All the hotel payments (for accommodation, phone calls, additional services, or any damage) are collected exclusively by the receptionists who are obliged to make out a bill.
2.On a guest's request we provide the following free of charge services:
-giving information about a given stay and transport connections,
- storing money and valuables in the safe during the guest's stay in the apartments,
-storing the luggage during the guest's stay, and up to 5 p.m. on the departure day.
Article 5
1.Home & Travel is responsible for any damage or loss of belongings on the grounds of articles 846 - 849 of the Polish civil code, unless the involved parties decided otherwise.
2.A guest should immediately inform the reception about the damage.
Article 6
1.Home & Travel’s responsibility for damage or loss of money, valuable papers, jewellery, or objects of scientificor artistic value is limited if the objects are not deposited in the reception safe.
Article 7
1.The Home & Travel does not provide a guarded car-park and therefore does not take responsibility for vehicles parked near apartments.
Article 8
1.Hotel guests are obliged to keep silence between 10 p.m. and 7a.m.
2.The behaviour of guests and persons enjoying the Home & Travel services should not disturb other guests. We may refuse to provide services to a person who violates the rule above.
3.We also may refuse to check-in a guest who previously lived in our apartments and grossly violated these regulations, thus causing damage to Home & Travel, its guests, its employees, or other persons staying here.
Article 9
1.Each time a guest leaves his/her apartment, he/she should make sure that the door is closed.
2.Our guests are materially responsible for every kind of damage or devastation of objects and technical devices which are part of the hotel equipment, if the fault is attributable to them.
3.It is forbidden to let apartment to other persons, even though the staying period for which payment has been regulated, has not finished, without reception’s knowledge.
4.Persons, not checked-in, visiting our guests, may stay in apartment between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Article 10
1.Personal belongings left by a guest in the apartment will be sent at the guest's expense to the indicated address. In case of the lack of proper instructions as to the place the left belongings might be sent, Home & Travel will keep these for a period of 3 months.
